4Dealership No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital, Intangible Goods, all purchases made on IYIsoftware, 4Dealership are final and non-refundable. Once a software has been purchased and access or download has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances. In the past, our refund policy was misused and exploited by some customers who created false reasons for a refund but continued to use our software after the refund. Because of this, our company now has a very stricter refund policy for our 4Dealership software.
Our software available for test and purchase on our website is downloadable (It is Intangible Goods (downloadable software, as in the demo version, you will NOT receive any product "CD or DVD"). Fully functional, and try it before you buy it. We provide 30-day risk-free trial period to let you fully evaluate our software before you make a purchase decision. If 30 days are not enough to make a decision, please let us know, and we will extend it for you.
Please use the trial period to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. All of our software was fully functional during the trial period (except minor restrictions).

The demo version is the same full version in functionality, except minor restrictions.
If you purchase our software, after your payment has cleared you will receive an email with the registration code to unlock the software. Once this information is emailed to you, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. We have this policy since we cannot revoke registration information after it has been released.
During your 30-day trial period, our support staff is available to assist with installation and configuration via email. We strongly recommend that all customers download, install, and test the trial version of our software prior to making a purchase.
If you discover an issue which has substantially diminished your enjoyment of our car dealer software, or you need to request new functionality, please email us through the contact us page, describing the issue so that we can assist you in resolving any problem that you may have experienced before the purchase.
Our software tested on all listed Windows OS (Windows XP SP3, Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 Windows Server 2003 latest SP, 2008 and 2008 R2) without known issues. It also tested on the full version of Windows 8 & 10 tablets.

In the United States, federal law does not require businesses to offer refunds on digital products, provided the "all sales final" policy is clearly disclosed before purchase.
